Terms & Conditions:

1. Curated Membership Review: CoClub is a curated founder membership ecosystem by Copreneurs India. All membership applications submitted through this platform are subject to a manual review process by the Copreneurs India team.

2. Membership Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance: Submission of your application and payment does not automatically confirm your acceptance into CoClub. Membership approvals are granted only after a successful review and alignment assessment.

3. Approval at Sole Discretion: Membership approval and onboarding are solely at the discretion of Copreneurs India. Applications are reviewed to maintain a high-trust, curated ecosystem of founders, operators, investors, creators, and ecosystem enablers.

4. Refund Policy for Rejected Applications: In case a membership application is not approved by the Copreneurs India team, the full membership amount paid by the applicant will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

5. Non-Refundable Membership Fees After Approval: Once a membership application has been approved and onboarding access has been granted, all membership payments become non-refundable. Cancellation, inactivity, or non-participation shall not qualify for refunds.

6. Membership Access & Participation: CoClub memberships provide access to curated ecosystem experiences, conversations, and opportunities. Certain events, founder circles, dinners, sessions, or private experiences may remain selectively accessible or invite-only based on relevance, format, or capacity.

7. Event Attendance & No-Show Policy: Members who confirm attendance for approved CoClub events or experiences and fail to attend without prior notice may face participation restrictions. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restrictions from future CoClub events or experiences.

8. Community Standards & Conduct: Members are expected to maintain professionalism, integrity, and respectful conduct within the ecosystem. Copreneurs India reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership access in cases of misconduct, misuse of community access, harassment, spam, unethical behavior, or violation of community standards.

9. Right to Refuse or Revoke Access: Copreneurs India reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership access at its discretion if a participant is found to be misaligned with the ecosystem’s values, participation expectations, or community guidelines.

10. Photography & Media Usage: By participating in CoClub events or experiences, members consent to photography, videography, and media usage by Copreneurs India for community storytelling, ecosystem communication, promotional, and marketing purposes.

11. Data Usage: By registering, you agree that Copreneurs India may collect and use your registration data for membership management, communication, ecosystem engagement, and community outreach purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability: Copreneurs India shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, financial, business, or personal losses arising from participation in CoClub memberships, ecosystem interactions, events, introductions, or community experiences.
