1. About these terms

The Annual Founders' COMEET on 12 November 2026 at Clarks Amer, Jaipur (the “event”) is organised by Copreneurs (“we”). By registering or buying a pass you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation policy.

2. Who can register

The event is for founders and enablers aged 18 and over. The details you give us must be true, current and your own. We may cancel a registration that uses false or someone else’s details.

3. Admission

Seats are limited and every profile is reviewed by our team. Paying for a pass does not guarantee a seat: your place is confirmed only when we approve your application. If we decline it, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

4. Passes

  • What each pass includes is described where you choose it. A CoClub pass also includes the Compass workshop, which you can opt in to once your seat is confirmed.
  • The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, including any applicable taxes.
  • Promo codes are applied at checkout, apply only to the passes they were issued for, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • A pass is personal to the person approved. It cannot be transferred, resold or shared.

5. Confirmation and entry

Nothing is shipped. Once approved, you receive confirmation on WhatsApp and email. Entry is checked against our guest list, and you may be asked for photo identification at the venue.

6. Conduct

We want an evening where everyone can talk openly. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, or who breaks the venue’s rules. No refund is due in that case.

7. Photography and video

The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that Copreneurs may use photographs and video in which you appear in its communications, including its website, social media and promotional material.

8. Changes to the event

Speakers, sessions and timings may change. If we change the date or city of the event, or cancel it, our Refund & Cancellation policy explains what happens to your pass.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the event is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for indirect losses. We are not liable for failing to hold the event, or delays, caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, public health restrictions or the venue becoming unavailable.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before going to court, please write to us at contact@copreneurs.co so we can try to resolve it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect a pass you have already bought unless the law requires it.

See you in Jaipur.
