Compass workshop

A selective evening for founders and enablers. Come as you are, among peers.

On 12 November, the Copreneurs Annual Founders Meetup returns to Clarks Amer, Jaipur: one evening where founders and enablers sit on the same side of the table, as equals, among people who understand the road.
It rests on three ideas: the right people, the right room, and a willingness to build together. Every seat is chosen, so the conversations go further: honest, unhurried, and worth the drive home.
Meet the founders and enablers worth building with. That is the power of CO: 1 + 1 = 11.
The room, as it happened: unhurried conversations, easy introductions, and the warmth of people who understand each other.

You leave with people, not business cards.
You left for Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Dubai, the Valley. The company grew. So did the distance from the place that made you.
You will be home for Diwali anyway. Stay one more evening. On 12 November at Clarks Amer, sit down with the founders who stayed and built here, and with the ones who left and never stopped calling it home.
The Jaipur you come back to is not the one you left. Its founders now scale nationally and raise global capital, and more of its talent stays back. Come and see what home has been building.
Same chai. New conversations. Your people.
Find Your CO. Last year's Diwali Meet in under two minutes: founders who walked in as individuals and left with their CO. Watch on YouTube

An evening on the grounds of Clarks Amer. Arrive, settle in, and let the evening unfold.

Lit for the night, with room to wander.

Where the conversations settle in.
Founders and enablers who have shared a room with Copreneurs.

Every name here came for one evening and stayed for the people.

A founder or enabler building something real, and looking for people who understand the road.
Hard work without direction is four wheels spinning with no steering. Compass gives them one.
In one four-hour session, you map what you want across five parts of life and work: Personal, Professional, People, Passion and Purpose. Then you leave with a weekly plan, and with someone who will ask you about it.
Every participant is paired with a peer from the room. Weekly check-ins, a quarterly reset, and one person who knows exactly what you said you would do. It is how the plan survives Monday.
Decode your Why, your How and your What, so the work has a direction.
Goals across Personal, Professional, People, Passion and Purpose, each tied to a reason.
Weekly check-ins with your accountability partner, and a quarterly reset.

When a visionary meets the right direction, the result is not addition. It is multiplication. 1 + 1 = 11.
Compass from 3–7 PM, then the evening from 7:30–10 PM. Six moments, designed so the conversation, not the agenda, does the work.

Before the evening begins, we have found two or three people worth your time.
For thirty minutes the dynamic flips: investors share what they want to back.
One thing it took them longer to learn than it should have.
A live folk-rock set as the night turns. Loud enough to feel, easy enough to talk over.
The evening does not rush. The best conversations begin after the agenda ends.

Seats are confirmed in rounds. Tell us about yourself, and we will be in touch personally.

The 11th edition of the Copreneurs Diwali gathering, and our 100th COMEET. One evening at Clarks Amer, Jaipur on 12 November, 7:30–10 PM, with the Compass workshop earlier that day, 3–7 PM. It is not a conference: thoughtful introductions, reverse investor pitches, founder spotlights, live music and dinner with people worth knowing.
150 seats. Last year's 10th edition, at the same venue, brought together 100+ growth-stage founders and 50+ investors and ecosystem enablers. Every profile is considered personally, so the room stays peers rather than an audience.
Request an invite on this page. There are two passes: Single Pass ₹3,499 (one evening) or CoClub ₹7,499 (the evening, and the year after it). Our team reviews every profile and confirms seats in rounds; payment alone does not secure admission. If we decline an application after payment, the full amount is refunded automatically.
Passes are personal and cannot be transferred. If someone you know belongs in the room, ask them to request their own invite.
Passes are non-refundable once bought. You get a full refund if we decline your application or cancel the event, and a choice of refund if we move it. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
You receive confirmation on WhatsApp and email. Entry is checked against our guest list, so please carry a photo ID.
The Founders Operating System: a 4-hour clarity workshop built on Nitin Jain's 5P framework (Personal, Professional, People, Passion, Purpose), running from 3–7 PM the same day, before the evening begins. It is included with a CoClub pass, and you can opt in once your seat is confirmed.
We work with a small number of partners each year. Write to daksh@copreneurs.co or call +91 70735 55792.
